Estimates and payment

How much does a new fence cost?

Every project is priced individually. The final cost depends on the material, the total linear footage, the height, the number of gates and the condition of the ground. We visit your property at no charge and give you a detailed written estimate, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Are your estimates really free?

Yes. On-site visits and written estimates are always free, with no obligation, and we send your estimate the same day as the visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is due once you approve the estimate, and the remaining balance follows the terms in your written estimate. We do not offer financing.

Installation and timelines

How long does installation take?

After you approve the estimate, we usually start within 1 to 3 business days, and most residential fences are installed in 1 to 3 days, depending on size and material. When a permit or HOA approval is required, that time is added to the schedule.

Do you repair existing fences and storm damage?

Yes. We repair leaning posts, broken panels and sagging gates, and we restore fences damaged by storms. After evaluating your fence, we tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We serve homeowners, property managers and businesses, from residential backyards to commercial sites.

Permits and HOA

Do I need a permit for a fence in Orlando?

It depends on where your property is. Within the City of Orlando, a permit is generally not required for a fence up to 6 feet on a one- or two-family home when built with wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum or wrought iron. A permit is still required in situations such as pool barriers, corner lots, properties with a rear alley, fences near public easements, powered gates and historic districts. In unincorporated Orange County, a permit is required for new fences and for repairs. Other cities have their own rules, and we guide you through the requirements that apply to your address.

Do I need HOA approval?

If your home is part of a homeowners association, yes. HOA rules are separate from city and county codes and often specify material, color, height and style. We can provide the details your HOA usually asks for with your application.

Can you install a fence around my pool?

Yes. Florida's Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act requires pool barriers to be at least 4 feet high on the outside, and pool gates must open outward, away from the pool, and be self-closing and self-latching. We plan your pool fence around these requirements and the local permit process.

Materials and gates

Which fence material is best for Florida?

Vinyl is the top choice for backyard privacy with almost no maintenance. Aluminum is ideal for front yards, pools and HOA communities, since it does not rust. Wood offers natural beauty and a lower upfront cost but needs regular sealing. Chain link is the practical choice for large areas and pets. We help you weigh the options during your estimate.

Do you install electric or automatic gates?

We install the gate itself. Electrical work and automation systems are not part of our service; those must be handled by a licensed electrician or gate automation specialist.

Warranty

What does your warranty cover?

Our installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty. It does not cover damage from natural events such as hurricanes and storms, accidents, impacts or improper use.

Fence Types

Does a vinyl fence fade in the Florida sun?

Quality vinyl is made with UV inhibitors to resist fading. Lighter colors such as white and tan tend to keep their appearance best over time.

Is aluminum strong enough?

Residential aluminum is designed for boundaries, pools and decoration. If an area needs more impact resistance, we discuss heavier-duty options during your estimate.

Pine or cedar?

Pressure-treated pine is treated to resist rot and insects and is the most common choice in Florida. Cedar has natural resistance and a richer look, at a higher cost.

Is black vinyl-coated chain link worth it?

Many homeowners prefer it because it blends into the landscape and looks more finished. The coating also adds a layer of protection to the steel.

Do I need a permit for a pool fence?

In most cases, yes. Pool barriers are one of the situations that require a permit in Orlando and Orange County.

Do you install electric gates?

We install the gate itself. The electrical work and automation system must be done by a licensed electrician or automation specialist.
