Our 1-year workmanship warranty.
We stand behind our work. Every installation includes a 1-year workmanship warranty, in writing, starting on the day the project is completed.
What is covered
- Posts that lean or shift because of how they were installed.
- Panels, rails, boards or pickets that come loose due to installation.
- Gates that sag or stop latching because of installation issues.
- Hardware we installed that was not properly fitted.
What is not covered
- Damage from natural events such as hurricanes, storms, flooding or fallen trees.
- Accidents and impacts, such as vehicles, equipment or falling objects.
- Improper use, or changes and repairs made by others.
- Electrical work and gate automation, which are not part of our service.
- Normal wear, fading and the natural aging of wood.
Defects in the materials themselves may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, when one applies.

We schedule a visit to evaluate and, if the issue is covered, we fix it at no cost.
