How it works
From the first message to the final walkthrough.
A good fence starts with good planning. This is how we take your project from the first conversation to a finished fence you are proud of.
- 1
Get in touch
Message us on WhatsApp or call. Tell us about your property, what you want to enclose and any deadline you have in mind. Photos of the area help.
- 2
Free on-site estimate
We visit, measure the fence line and walk you through materials, styles, heights and gates. You receive a clear written estimate the same day.
- 3
Approval and planning
Once you approve the estimate, a 50% deposit confirms your date. We guide you on HOA and permit requirements and request the marking of underground utilities before any digging.
- 4
Installation
Our crew sets the posts, installs the panels and hangs the gates. Most residential fences are installed in 1 to 3 days, depending on size and material.
- 5
Final walkthrough
We clean up, walk the finished fence with you and make sure every gate opens and latches correctly. Your 1-year workmanship warranty starts that day.

Typical timeline
L&C Fence
Before installation day
- If your home is in an HOA, make sure the project is approved.
- Have your property survey handy; it helps confirm property lines.
- Point out private lines that utility locators do not mark, such as sprinklers, landscape lighting, septic and drain lines.
- Clear the fence line of furniture, pots and stored items.
- Plan to keep pets inside while we work.
